Those of you who have had session with me must know.
This is the typical “before” and “after” like in the magazines.

Just look into the mirror, examine your features and facial expressions before and after your massage session.

Unbelievable changes can take place, your face changes, your eyes shine, your wrinkles disappear and your inner light comes through.

It is beautiful to see people's face - including mine!- after having spent a few hours breathing consciously and floating in sensations.

This is not a trick, this is just about using our life energies in a good way. :)

When you submit you request and make your appointment through our web page, you have just a rough idea of what it is really going to be like.
You come here with your own personal issues, fears, visions, ideas and expectations. But the aim is that here in our Temple we create a sacred and safe environment which you can relax into, let go of fears and expectations, open up and just be.

It is amazing indeed to see the transformation one goes through during a session, the way a person starts opening up and leaves with a big smile on his/her face.

You arrive at the Tantra Temple, you meet me for the first time, we don't know each other.
Suddenly we you find yourself in an intimate environment with a complete stranger.
At this point perhaps many different thoughts are crossing your mind, whether they be sexually, emotionally, intellectually related, the growth and transformation starts here.

You need to trust, you need to let go, relax and believe that this exchange of energies is exactly what you benefit from.
It is the same for me, I trust you, I share my space with you with the openness of my heart.

Then healing takes place and the initial, introductory hand-shake melts into a hug by the end of our session.

For some time I have been exploring human development through the Tantra. This has led me to experience in my awakening of my consciousness at many levels. For this reason I choose to provide this experience to others.

We use ancient Tantric techniques to elevate us to a higher level of consciousness. With a deep respect for the God/Goddess within you.

We honor the sacredness of the masculine and the feminine values. The masculine's vertical presence and the feminine's openness to life make a sacred communion using the sexual energy for that. This is the energy of life.

Then you can use this energy expansion to nurture your everyday life with joy and love. The sacred massage contributes to an expansion of the person and goes beyond the physical limits.

The answer to these questions is a definite – Yes! Breathing is essential to the practice of Tantra as it helps you to relax and channels your energies.

Far from being a tedious or difficult part of Tantra, you can achieve fantastic, vibrating states just through breathing. And when you also use you voice, your own sound - you are ‘giving’ by exhaling.

So to sum up - yes, breathing will definitely enhance any Tantric Experience and Massage!

For example to stimulate your aural senses soft music played in the background can take your mind to different places. To excite your visual senses, bright colors and candlelight can either be stimulating or calming for your eyes depending on the required experience.

Incense and essential oils affect your sense of smell and open up your energy centers. During the Tantric experience even your sense of taste can be influenced, with delicious snacks to delight the tongue - such as soft, succulent fruits like fresh grapes, cherries, strawberries or dried fruits like raisins and figs etc.

It is recommended that you retain from ejaculation and sexual intercourse for 24 hours before and after the session, so you will not arrive to the session with depleted energy. We also recommend that you eat only light food before and after your session and drink sufficient but not too much liquid. Refraining from using strong perfumes, after shaves or scented body lotions is also advised as these can get in the way of relaxing into the experience for both yourself and your therapist.

After your session has finished it is important to just relax and observe the new sensations in your body and mind, to let all the sensations you have experienced wash over you.
